★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class customer service .The staff there forcefully told me to open a demat account i told him that i am not an income earning still he did that and he told me its free of charge .I was made to open the account forcefully he told me if you don't open demat account then you can't open Saving account in this bank.After opening demat after some days my 590 rupees was deducted I went there with closure form he denied then I made a complain in online site at sbi website and then they called me and accepted my form.
