★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with this particular jewellers.They even dont give PDF or any soft receipt with any buying of jewellery. Even this one star is also should not be given to such a worst service and buying experience.
While change or replace any of the product they ask you hardcopy of the receipt.
When we are in digital india who else carries this hard copy bills. Then why they ask you for your email address and mobile number.
Although other famous and well known jewellers like PNG provides pdf receipt copy on your whatsapp and mail id immediately after you buy anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The terms and conditions are written on backside of bill are not according to market standard, they are basically for deceiving customers. They lost customers because of faulty process.
I had very bad experience with The chinchwad branch. While purchasing they give wrong information. While I went there for selling purchased gold, they deceived in gold rate of 24 carat. While purchasing they tell you there will be no deduction and while you go their for actual selling they charge you 3-4 % of gold price whereas other jewellers have only 500 Rs deduction. for gold coin also they charge 3-4 % which is not a market standard.
