I recently bought a wheel chair which is over priced by almost 1600 INR than the same brand in different shop outside thane.
Very sad with this kind of shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sometimes the simplest things matter the most, had called the mobile number displayed on Google by Bafna Surgicals Loiuswadi Thane, on Sunday, when the store was closed. I was pleasantly surprised in receiving the response call on Monday requesting to know the query.
The result, I purchased the product visiting the store. I appreciate the response and dedication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited this place for repair of my Omron bp monitoring machine.I knew the machine was under warranty but I had lost the bill so i thought i might not get the warranty and i will have to request them to provide the warranty service .
But to my surprise they immediately accepted the product and told me that the product will be repaired and would be sent on my official address through courier. I have received the machine and I am totally happy with the service.
Special thanks to Ma'am who was at the Omron service counter.
