★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They tried to give a defected bag and when I went there again to exchange they asked me to come again for the fresh piece! But the new piece also had the same defect and they had not even checked ! Asking me to come again and again to collect! I asked them to deliver the product to my house Which they denied to do and after constant argument With the sales guy there they agreed to deliver within 2 days! But it’s been 3 days and now the manager is not responding and when I call the store he’s telling his manager is on leave so we can’t deliver! And he is not understanding what I am telling and continuesly repeating his sentences and there is no one whom I can communicate well! There is no one in charge of the store to handle any situations! They just hand it over to these sales guys who know nothing and cannot understand what you are talking! Very disappointed!
