★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At North Kolkata this shop is a prestigious one for marriage , Puja purpose and household utensils . This shop is famous for it's tradisional business for more than last hundred years ...? I remember , when I was a child my elder family members also used to go there to buy the utensils
of that time made of KANSA ...?

Their bronze quality is good
Price competitive slightly high
The owners were on the floor..their accountant man was not attentive but the other man at cash counter did well..i waited but still I'll give 5 star to this old shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service, bought products worth of Rs 5000 from this shop at Kolkata, but there is hole in one glass and in one pradeep.....I stay in Hyderabad, and it is very hard for me to replace it....Can't do anything about these defective products....please don't buy anything from this shop....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience after visiting the shop. I bought a Copper Jug. They show one product and sell another. One my father visited in exchange for the product. They return the same. They do just nothing. The only motive is to sell products at a higher cost.
Purchasing any product from this shop is a waste of money. After purchasing any product from this shop you have to visit this shop again and again for an exchange, but your product will not be exchanged they will give you the same product only waste your time.
Product quality is not good as well as the price is also very high.
Once I bought the product from your shop and I don't use the product then how can the product be used? If your motive is to sell the product anyhow, then what can I do. That was my mistake to buy the product from your shop. And if you don't want to exchange the product. There was no option my father had at that time unless take the same product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had bought a brass handi from this shop. Since I had no idea about brass utensils , I decided to buy it from a so called well known and genuine shop.
Based on interacting with the sales woman I brought one . When they were packing it for me, they applied some kind of paste on the mid surface of it , where there was a joining .
My only two mistakes were to trust them by their words and not to had tested the handi myself.
I carried the utensil with me to USA so that I could have used it for some occasions.
When I used it yesterday for the very first time, it started leaking the contents from the middle surface here they had applied the paste.
Now I have no use for it, and I can't even go to the shop to discuss my issue and ask for an exchange.
Attached are the pictures of my handi . Please stay away from this shop.

With reference to my previous review comment, i really appreciate your quick response to the same.I would like to let you know that sending the utensil through courier is not feasible because the cost of courier would be more than the utensil itself.
So, I request you to commit that upon reaching India, if I carry the utensil with me with proper condition and show you the transaction bill , then you will replace the utensil or take the necessary actions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales persons inside will irritate you like anything & force you to buy other stuff if the required product is not available. Was looking for a particular prestige kadai which was not available in the shop, one person said it was available upstairs & the other person said it was downstairs.. when none of them could find it, they started to pitch for other high priced kadai which was not as per my requirement. They also tried to lie that prestige has stopped the product. Disgusted, I came out & went to a prestige company store & bought it. The prestige kadai which was in stock was also priced higher than prestige authorised store. Not a good customer experience. My grandmother was a regular customer of the store decades back & in those times probably the experience was far better.
