โ โ โ โ โ Absolutely delicious Mughlai style food, the best chicken tandoori I've had (not that acid red stuff you get everywhere). Chicken was so so soft! Their Karachi mutton was ok, gravy was delicious but mutton was not soft and stuck to the bones. Both my hands were dirty so I requested the waiter to serve me some rice, he flat out refused. I guess that's the charm of Pune restaurants ? Rude waiters, rude signs and consistently good food!

โ โ โ โ โ This place needs no mention to the general public a very well know place in the city but somehow feel like the services are deterioting.
So went to Bagban the other day with couple of friends from my first company I worked with some very high expectations from this place.
Ordered Mango milkshake, Bheja Fry, Dalcha with rice.
First thing that was ordered was Mango Milkshake which took like freaking ages to arrive on the table as fresh Mango was been plucked freshly from the tree and then shake is been made fresh for the customers. We wanted to order more but the speed of delivery made us not to order.
Coming to food now. For starter we guys ordered Bheja Fry which was really yum. For the main course we ordered Dalcha with rice and one more thing in mutton ( forgot the name now ) with rotis. Coming to Mutton Dalcha it was really yum from the rice served along with it and mutton pieces and the gravvy was adequate for we 6 pplas we had it post the first main course.
Overall the food was good. But what dissapointed us all was the delayed service rains or no rains is no exception for delayed services. Pricing is on the higher side too.

โ โ โ โ โ Went there on Christmas Eve and reaching out there itself was a daunting task due to heavy traffic.
Had to wait for the table for 30 odd minutes. Restaurant is certainly clean and staff is also good and well aware of the menu. Ordered Mutton boti ani Chicken seek kebab, as expected food was nice and portion size was really good.
I paid 756 just for these items.
I have never been to a restaurant which isn't a 5 star or anything but still is hell expensive. Won't be an exaggeration if I say that the prices are close to 5 start hotels

โ โ โ โ โ The food is amazing and so is service. If you are planning to have a combined meal of veg and non veg food then its not the place. We had ordered paneer tikka in starters, paneer tikka masala and mutton nalli boneless. Paneer plates were normal but their mutton dish was amazing. Recommended only for non veg eaters.

โ โ โ โ โ Visit to Baghban Restaurant is always special, although off late they have made the experience little unpleasant for me. On two occassions had to wait 5-10 mins even though I could see few vacant tables.
Food is good in taste as always, a bit pricier for the qty they offer but it could be due to their popularity. Service was fast, they have indoor and outdoor seating. Parking could be an issue during weekends and peak hours.
Thess days they started accepting online payments which is a welcome move.

Service was very slow
They had only two options Paratha and Naan
They didn't have milkshake (expect mango ) nor icecream
We order 1 chicken tikka starter ( 6 pics ) , 4+3 Paratha/naam and half butter chicken + 2 cold drink total cost : 1701 Rs
Butter chicken was fine in taste while chicken tikka was good
Upset with service ( degradation after Covid)

โ โ โ โ โ One of the best restaurants in camp area that offers wide range of non vegetarian food. The dishes they offer are unique like Nalli Nihari, Mutton Salli Boti, Ran tandoori, Mutton chops, etc. The restaurant has nice & clean sitting area suitable for family as well.
