★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gud staff, cooperative, but in other bagga link they make monopoly type startgy coz they fix rate of interest by their gaining profit wise, there different shworoom of bagga link havin different rate of interest, i m chosing this one coz it have less rate of interest in vhicle finance procedure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well got my bike serviced. But nt every issue of bike got resolved as being sunday they were having a lot rush and my bike needed at least half of day to resolve all issues. Hence only necessary work was done. Hope will visit soon in weekdays to get all pending service done. Staff was cooperative.

I have v15 and they call me that front brake not working we have to change the wire and shoe but now its jammed i told him at the time of delivery he said its ok but that is not ok

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The things are not explained clearly, I had my bike (Dominar 400)serviced here and just after the 3rd service my engine exploded on a highway. The possible cause of this is they did not change the air filter in the 3rd service beacause they were busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ?A huge no for anyone who is planning to get their bike serviced from Bagga link(Bajaj) Rithala service centre
❌Very bad experience with Bajaj,I will never recommend my friend/colleague to purchase bajaj vehicle.
Reasons mentioned below:-
1)firstly they recommend us a lot of things which needn't be done, they convinced us to change several things for better driving experience in order to raise the bill.
2)When i paid the bill i found that instead of wax coating my bike is coated with used engine oil.
3) They have done wheel balancing but didn't have its proof on papers,and when i complained about it they didn't show any interest regarding this.aftr communicating with the manager he agreed to show me wheel balancing on computer and the most interesting thing is wheel balancing is not done on the rear wheel and they have charged me for that.
4)They are blaming each other for the wrong work.No one is there to take its responsibility

The biggest mistake of my life is that I brought my bike to this service station for service. I would request everyone that no one should go here for bike service. I am also feeling this halfstar is too much for his rating.
