She said NO in a very bold voice , i din mind , then i clicked the photo of juz the tag . I din know that was a probelEm , she started yelling you cant click picture , delete it . There is a way to tell things . I was about to buy the bag , only becuz of this very rude non professional staff i din . Very very rude and bad local staff they have . Pls kindly replace her . She will ruin the reputution of baggit . My frnd also said the same . Very dissapointed
