★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appropriate for small reception or birthday parties. If planning for a whole day event it may not be very comfortable. However, the location great with the Kajipara pond in front you are sure to get some fresh air. Also, the place is easy to reach and parking isn't that problematic.
