★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place with sand and water....in gumla district...but from ranchi easy to go through torpa in khunti and then at khunti simdega highway....after about 80 stairs down..one can enjoy the landscape...around 100 kms from ranchi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a small hillock or maybe you can say just a rocky river shore. In stead of a steep climb it's a rock climb with a small water stream. Maybe on monsoon it might become big. But still I don't think you can expect a big waterfall.
However it is good for small weekend trip. Not if you are expecting a big trek or waterfall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place to enjoy with family and friends. One of the famous picnic spots of Jharkhand. During the time of winter, families, students of different schools and colleges and many others institutions often visit here for picnic. The level of water is low during the winters, so one can enjoy playing games in water. Please don't visit during rainy season. Also please keep the place clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful and serene place for a day out, perfect picnic spot, great place for kids to play around, the water there is below knee level, but everyone should be cautious as there are few spots that are quite deep, specially near the rocks.
