β β β β β Bought this hand purse and wanted to gift my niece the shop didn't had any bag nor anything in which they could give us the bag .they told me to take the purse just like thay as they didn't had anything .they had bags which were very big.its very sad that the customer has to walk just like that carrying the purse.

β β β β β They won't recognise their own merchandise sold a few years back. Just coz i didn't recollect the phone number with which I bought th bag, they declined custom cover making for the same.
Such premium store but such horrible customer service?
Why are we paying premium charges for purchase there if they can't give quality service to their clients..?
