Since I was in school to I went to Delhi, all kind of bags they have with lot many options to select. I have experience in school/college/laptop bags and luggage bags, the quality and after sells service way better than other retailers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their after Sale service is poor. I got a bag and It has 6 months warranty. The stitches came off in less than 15 days. I went to the Shop and they told they would do the needful and asked me to come back after 3 days. I had to go out of station and I visited the shop after 15 days. They did not do it and they told that this is problem with Zip and you have to pay for the same. Very bad service. Please find some other shop. This people are the worst.

The bags are worth its price and they give full customer support. They know their customers and are very professional in their business.
