She is rude, inspite of calling and trying for an appointment from last three days, she hasn't been able to manage the booking just for the vaccination.. These idiots think that people are taking their doc services for free of charge... Otherwise docs and rest of the clinic is fine..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are good but the new receptionist in the morning doesn't understand about the emergency and child's health.. she made us to wait for an hour inspite of taking appointment and requesting her about the emergency.. my little one is 10 month old and he had 101 fever whole night.. she checked her fever at the reception and said now this is low so u should wait...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor is very good however the receptionist is very rude and thinks as if she is doing us great favor.. she didn't even talk properly on phone when called for appointment and disconnected.. 3 stars only for the doctor otherwise I would have given zero

Even in mumbai whenever we visited she always give proper time and good suggestions.
She always insist on natural treatment and homemade food rather than Cerelac or Lactogen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have given 0 star but thats not an option here. The clinic people and Dr. are only good in talking nice but they actually thief. I have went for 6 month vaccination and they without asking me about the painless or regular vaccine they gave painless the expensive vaccine and given excuse that US follow this where my argue was I should have given option as I told them she earlier got regular vaccines and actually had pain and fever for 2 days as that is much better for Immunization. Nevertheless, I still would not have given any review but to my surprise they charged me 10,100/- for 6 month vaccine where as even for painless it is 6000/- and regular few 100s. When I argued them on MRP written on the vaccine itself they gave the excuse that its their price and they do not go with MRP. So here they do not go with max retail price which was one vaccine 2599/- for which they charge 4500/-. I have pics and bills and stickers with me but I am not able to post it. I will still try to find if I get some consumer protection against it. FYI Dr fees is taken separately.
Very bad experience. Save your child and money. Avoid this Dr.
