Reason (bit long but i want to provide each and every detail)
We got near about 8 sarees for our marriage total sales value of approx 50k
Out of these sarees one of the saree was short in height about 3inch. And this saree was for engagement ceremony
Just imagine how bad one will feel if after giving so much gurantee and fake promises product is defective.
I live in pune still went to indore because my fiance is from indore i could have easily went to delhi my native or buy from pune still went to indore but didnt imagine such bad response from indore retails shops
When we contacted that lady she was not at all coperative on top of that blamming
1.you should have checked why did you just blindly did what i said-she said this when we did shopping of 50k dnt know how she will respond to ppl who get 1 or 2 sarees
2. Praising herself that she gave discount of rs700 for a defective piece
3.later she said aapne ye saree pehni h use ki hui h
Jo saree 3 inch choti h dont know usko pehn kaise sakte h
4.itni batameezi se baat krte h ye log inko apni kamai ki padi h kisi samne wale ka function kharab ho gaya uska zimmedari kaun lega
Ulta hume blame kr rhe h ki hum log ache se baat nhi kiya
Aunty ji aap sab logo ko ye lady bahut bhabhiji bhaiyaji krke impress krengi 10siyon baar meri zimedari hai krke bolengi inke jhanse mein bilkul na ayiega dont want anyone to face such situation for their special occasion.
Please plzzz plzz dont buy anything from bahurani- if you dont believe me i can share my no. And email id so that you can get whole story and what problems and humiliation we faced.
I will also file a complain in consumer forum lets c what i can get from them
