They are unable to provide the spare parts & to resolve the technical issues. Even their staff recommends the local mechanic shops for the spare parts installation. Surprisingly that spares easily available at local mechanic shops.
It looks like they are only for selling the bikes not for providing the spare parts or other technical support.
On arrival they will ask you for the service you required…if you required the regular service (Engine Oil etc) then most welcome, but if you visit for any maintenance/spare change/technical issue resolve; they will tell you that “YE PART TO JI HAI NI HMARE PAS AP ISKE PAS PUCH LO YHA MIL JAYEGA WHA MIL JAYEGA”.
