Consists of three floors (3rd, 4th and 5th floors) of Sumangal business court.
On third floor reception counter is present. Along with agency sales team and underwriting team.
On fourth floor Virtual sales officers, direct marketing, banca assurance and operations team is there.
On fifth floor both claims teams are there (Motor Own Damage and Third Party claims.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class customer service I had experienced today. No sense of taking with customers and arguing on the issues instead of getting it fixed or resolved. Because of your own mistake you are straight away saying we cannot help on the issue , you can do whatever you want to.
Gajanan Ransing manager of the office also felt like helpless for me.. Instead of highlighting my issue to higher manager and give me higher managers or owner details, he is asking me to call customer and get the details. After my lots of pressure n request gave me managers details and asked to contact them via call or email.
Because of your irresponsible mistakes I have to pay my loss even after paying my insurance renewal before time.
I expect you to help me on this issue and get this fix. Or else pay me my loss of 10k rupees.
