1st thing, the numbers for customer care are unreachable & out of service as well as if its ringing, no-one is there to pickup.
I have very bad experiece with the service of this branch, what if any customer is having problem with their service, he / she will call on customer care number which never worked.

They not reply on Phone and Not even reply solution on Email
And also very Bad Rude and Lier staff appointed in Ahmedabad Branch whenever go in Branch they give false promises and torche ring Customers continuosly
It is better to die than take insurance from Bajaj General Insurance

Their given phone numbers are out of service, customer care numbers take 20 minutes to get connected with some of executives and they could not listen to you so they disconnect. Both given email id are fake as delivery failure report come when you mail. They are just one more bunch of foreign looting company who vaporised after taking policy premium.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever renew your motor insurance policy in Bajaj Allianz.. I have renewed my car and bike policy last month but they have written wrong proposer number in policy copy. A guy named Swetal Sanghvi who is agent and working in this office, inputted his cell number instead of mine in proposer mobile policy section. This is so pathetic and careless.. I have been following with him since more than 1 month but he is not at all responsive and not in mood to solve my issue. I request you all after reading this please never ever buy or renew Bajaj Allianz policy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most unprofessional and worst service even after. Mr. Urvish and Mr. Shaurin both are horrible people to work with. Mr. Urvish do not have any knowledge of his job and creating problem for his clients and his boss Shaurin does not have any control. More worst can be written but stopping here for now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have applied for top-up policy of my parents on 15th June 2020. After a month having so much call a doctor has visited my home to have medical checkup of my parents. Once the test report received in July, the company has decided not to provide policy. However I am fine with the decision but till date I have not received the refund for payment done at the time of policy application. Poor response. Daily chasing customer care executive and no solution is provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ @bajajallianz, When you hear this name you feel that you are in safe and professional hands but I had the worst experience ever with this insurance company. Claiming to be very professionally strong company they are not able to deliver what they had offered. Despite of paying handsome amount of money they are not issuing the claims what they are supposed to. I am not satisfied with this insurance company and I request others to not fall for their schemes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ don't go with bajaj insurance, because they are providing more facility only on call during policy purchase time after that they forgot that they have promise to provide facility and refuse to help. Advise pay more to other but dont go with bajaj.
