β β β β β Pathetic response to customers. They simply don't care about their clients. Office starts around 11 am that is 1 hour after scheduled time then they have lunch break for an hour from 1pm to 2 pm but staffs comes back at around 2.30pm then the office closes around 3pm. What type of office is this and how they run it god only knows.
Stay away from these things according to me basically this office in Kankarbagh area in Patna.

Do not know how to talk customer I went with my father and discuss regarding my claim and suddenly Arnav was speaking to me, you can not understand. and And his way of speaking was very bad.and he intentionally stopping my claim and every time tell me lie i have voice recording.

β β β β β Most idiotic kind of workers if anyone can imagine, can easily be found at this place. I don't understand it's just a matter of imagination that when I am trying to pay money and get insurance then in this case I have been hung up by these so called highly non-professional but with customer centric (as company claims in its vision) people. God knows if a policy holder in any sort of mis fortune goes for a claim what these people would do.
It's just that if going for a general insurance then also get a health insurance (as you would need, if in case required to get a claim for general insurance) and there are possibility that to get that supportive health insurance claim you might need another health insurance for the support.
It's just a matter of fact if you people don't want to work close the office and sleep at home just don't ruin any companies brand value as on that brand value there are crores of investors and other policy holder across the country on stake.
