★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bajaj having worst customer service very bad experience I had , I had taken only one policy but bajaj made 3 policies from my account and deducted 3 EMI I did complain but customer care never respond I also marked mail but there mail alway bounce still m trying to connect with customer care , kindly contact me because m mentally harrassed by your service I will charge you for mental harrasment and financial loss

* Unnecessary Paperwork for duplicate CertificateOfInsurance. (Thankfully, at least did not take any charges from me for giving duplicate CertificateOfInsurance)
Customer care people said I need to send email for getting duplicate CertificateOfInsurance.
After sending email, I got reply that they can NOT send soft-copy; I MUST go to nearest branch and get hard-copy.
When gone to Pimpri office, was told that hard-copy can NOT be given and shall send email to customer care for soft-copy.
Finally, got the soft-copy and got the hard-copy delivered to my address also.
But felt - It could have been done/handled in easier/better way too.
* Also, Whenever we get acknowledgment-receipts for submitted requests, there are NO clear details given on that. Be aware - Key details like Premium-Amount, Sum-Assured or Fund-Value-we-will-get-after-surrendering-policy..... can be missing many times. So not much point remains in those acknowledgement receipts. Also, the exact calculations behind that number are also not informed; Would have been better if those details are also provided to customers.
My overall experience was Okay.
But overall Poor After-Sales Service by Bajaj-Allianz (Overall; Not just Pimpri branch).
