I called them and they said it was closed per their week off...I asked why was the appointment offered in first place when it was their week off and the idiot fellow did not had any answer, later he said that I might not have any appointment and then I forwarded him a copy of appointment via Whatsapp, no response yet....Rude & unprofessional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service center have all kind of basic services part bajaj bikes parts but they don't give out side Bajan bikes customers this is every service center problem . I just ask pulsar ms 200 oil filter he said sorry sir this is not available look after sometime .how can say that this is not available because this is basic service part .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are not professional at all they won't be treating you well if you don't have a big billing work for them I went there for my hsrp number plate they were trying to selling there accessories for number plate so that they can earn something as I said no to them there behaviour became so rude.. all staff members have despresctful nature and the owner support them for that.. there kids were also working and they have same nature like them even they didn't did my work properly.... Won't recommend I stay near by service centre only but didn't like the service centre and a suggestion for the owner please tell your worker to behave

Briefly :You are not going find any other fake service center like this , not only the service mechanics but also the owner is a biggest fraud, fake and a biggest liar, they ll first approach you very calmly when you visit but sonn after the work starts they ll show their real face, the work quality is very poor and they never do it completely and when you ask it has been not done they ll start screaming on you that it's not our work or so, they ll start fighting and start creating a scene so that you can pay them well, i tried their service twice as I haven't any other option but both time the experience was the same, also they ll charge you always extra as per other service center and more over they use fake parts, n if you ask to show them the parts, they very often do that, more importantly they never register any thing online on Bajaj service, they use to say that we have not authorised to do so, this shows they do not even have Bajaj service authorisation, totally fake place , in simple language if possible use local service mechanic instead of them
