I have had the most disgusting and disastrous experience with Paris Bajaj Srinagar for after Sale Service. Yesterday I went to Service My 150CC Pulser and unfortunately in Srinagar J&K their is only one dealer and service center for Bajaj which makes Bajaj customers vanrable and dependant on these unprofessional and arrogant people who have no respect or sense of responsibility towards their customers. No express service system, no customer lounge or waiting area no one to attend and guide the customers. It is very unfortunate how they treat customers and what painful procedures they have for a customer to get their bikes serviced. They Service only 30 bikes a day and I am wondering why customers have to hang at their Billing Counter for hours to get the appointment and when day do and come on the day of appointment they have to wait and hang for hours to get a job card. I spoke to the Manager of Service Center and they are saying they have no idea about Bajaj Xpress Service and they can't even do it. Now after spending 10-15 mins with the Manager I am still waiting and not just me bunch of people are asking for an explanation about the same. I think Bajaj should consider to open few more Dealerships and Service Centres in Srinagar and stop baby sitting Paris Bajaj. Customers are not happy with the Sale or Service they are dependent as their is no alternative and its high time to take a look at the situation and get it resolved before customers lose trust on Bajaj not because of the company but because of the services. Also a Highlight is they are saying they do not have inventory and spare parts and it might take a week to get parts which I need one of which is a battery and I need to wait for a Week. Later at 4:15 PM I received a call from service center that my bike is ready and I arrived at the Service Center at 4:45 PM however my bike was no ready none of the problems were fixed and it was awaiting washing and I had to again reach out to Muzamil Ahmad (Manager) and then after a 10 Mins Discussion they decided to change the Rare Break Shoes and Fix the foot rest. I am not really sure what have they been doing from last 7 hours with my bike. I don't want to be offensive however this is an amazing example of money ripping pathetic service quality. Today Bajaj lost a customer ME for service and future sales even I will never recommend Bajaj to my close friends and family atleast not in Srinagar.

This review is about Bajaj Gate Bus Stop. Just Started BRT stop. Buses are going from outside of BRT Route. Security person is also irresponsible... Passengers are confused where to stop for a bus..
