★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As being a customer of bajaj from past many years i would never recommend om motors they have this much of professional peoples that they will charge you for parts that are changed under warranty seriously? they claim that they will handover your bike in 1 or either 2 days but i got my bike after 7 days instead of 2 (as claimed by Mr.Suresh) and i am out of words for the staff (Mr.Nitin) they talk like" tu ese, tu vese,tu kl aa" and they charge you for breaking your vehicle not for repairing and i would like to talk about the manager he always handover the cards to the customer that you can directly contact him but he will never going to pick up any call this kind of service they are providing to their customer... i don't know what are they doing and why are bajaj giving jobs to such people who don't even know a single penny about how to deal with customer neither they have any parts neither their staff talk properly neither they have well trained mechanics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just visited there for service so there is a huge space for that. The workshop area is well maintained but I’m slightly unhappy with the service they provide the people behaviour there. They are supposed to keep all the customers happy but i think they are lacking in this somehow overall its cool ?

I gave them my bike for service aftwr 3 days it again had some same issue , it had earlier when i explained they didn't serve properly. Waiting lounge isnt good pathetic toilet. Overall disappointed
