★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very bad experience. My Car broke down in Eastern Express Highway. Called the Mechanic but Mechanic gave me the number of Santosh, Owner of this franchise. He opened my entire 4 wheeler Vehicle. Opening up took 3 hrs and after opening he gave me charges of around 27k. But I didn't have any trust in him seeing the charges. Finally decided to get my vehicle repaired from my trusted Mechanic. Asked this shop owner for towing my vehicle to my home at Mira Road. This guy told me towing charges will be 3000 (Normal Towing - Car Pull) but I got my car towed for 1800 (Hydraulic Towing). Finally when my Mechanic opened up my vehicle he was stunned to miss Horn. Issue was with my Timing belt for which engine has to be repaired but this shop removed my horn and many small tools from my vehicle. I got my Car Repaired in 15000 from my Mechanic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My two wheeler bike was recently not working near mulund check naka.when I called on mechanic number than two people came and my bike taken in garage.
They charged me 15000 Rs.bike chain was blocked and they open entire engine and everything they changed (God knows what they repaired in engine)
This shop people are very big fraud ? and they will absorb your money without asking your permission.
If A was fault than they will repair b,d,j,l,t,z without your permission and they will say Thai part of damage/not working that the reason they changed and you have to pay money.
Bajaj company please take action on this shop and closed dealership with Thai fraud people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most patetetic service because of such persons (#Santoshfraud) we don't trust rest of the mechanics, my car broke down on highway and for a single work he charged me 23k plus there was a scratch done on a car for which he paid me only 200rs, he is not even eligible for a single star ratings, requesting #justdial to take down his number from the server. The only mistake I did was I did not checked his review before.
He will even charge you for money he pays to just dial, he verbally said it to me.
Hope karma will show him the right path one day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My bike broke down at Mulund East near Vaze college. The owner Santosh Dethe is not at customer friendly, had a worst experience at his garage. The owner is very rude and not at all understanding and takes complete advantage of a customer in need. Try out some other garage around, rather than wasting your time and energy at Bajaj Auto Spares. He also installs parts which are not genuine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT REPAIR YOUR VEHICLE AT BAJAJ AUTO SPARE.
Mr Santosh (owner) is charging payment to customer without opening/checking vehicle. And charges are 50times higher than any other.
Mechanic is not finding faults, he finds parts which he can tell customer that is damaged and earn big money from customer.
I recollect my bike as I found he is making fraud. And repaired at my regular place.
Just for comparison below price shown.
Before checking Bajaj auto spare charges : Rs.7k
Actually repaired my bike at regular place charges : Rs.150
I have given 1 star to this garage becoz there is no options for negative rating or zero rating.

Firstly the owner, not at all cooperative with clients.
Charges are extremely high, that fat guy charged 600 towing charges to me for distance of 1km.
I asked for high charges on which he answered this is my life system charges ( God knows what does that mean) and started yelling about service.
PS : Bajaj, you own good name in market. I would suggest to take an action on it. Such lunatics are spoiling your name in market..
I also said, this was my last time I visited to this service station, never going to recommend to anyone in my known. On which the owner smiled just because I got ready to pay what he asked for rather than entertaining him more!!!

I request everyone don't repair your vehicle at Bajaj motor spare at Mulund East
On 9th Oct 2021 my bike broke down at eastern express Highway near Mulund. I called number written on road ( Santosh Dethe +918369078491) his mechanic took my bike to his garage there his workers started opening my vehicle they told me that my Bike chain is borken and chain sprocket repair cost shall be 1250/- and after completing work the owner santosh demanded 4500/- ( towing charges 800/- labor charges 1200/- and parts plus 28% GST)
And GST bill will be shared after 2 hours. When I got frustrated and told that this fraud. He was like mai koi seva karne nahi baitha hu... Sabhi log chori karte hai isme kaunsi badi baat hai. Plus he has ladies bouncer to make nuisance and scene worst.
Some how I argued and made Gpay payment of Rs 2900.
I made a huge mistake by calling road side number, I have all call records, GPay receipt and photos.
Police and Bajaj should take strict action against such fraud people.

On 15 September my activa broke down at eastern express Highway near Mulund. I took my activa to his garage there his workers started opening my vehicle they told me that my engine got freezed then he told me to repair your engine it will cost me around 14 k and if you don't want to repair your Scooter I'll assemble your Scooter and that'll be 1800 and then after requesting him for 1 hour I gave him 600 and took my scooter in a tempo without assembling to my regular place I made a huge mistake of forgetting my engine at his garage I live in andheri then I again went to mulund and then when I took my engine to my regular mechanic he told me that Bajaj motor guy broke your engine piston and some other parts then I repaired my scooter in 5k I'll share some before and after photos
