Beware if product description and store policies!!
Overall the sales staff is knowledgeable of some products. Purchased a QLED TV and a cooler yesterday. TV salesmen was good and no issues there.
Incorrect product description for the cooler I purchased. The cooler is basically worse than my fan. I called the very next day and they wouldn’t take it as a return!
This is the first time I am seeing a no return policy on electronics purchased within a week. They have nowhere mentioned that during purchase. Very unprofessional.
Now, I have to order a new AC with a loss of 11k over a worthless product.
