★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time I got free early, because of less crowd, thanks, very supportive and cooperative staff, they improved by adding cash collection machine and direct net service in place because of bad mobile network, specially Airtel, Jio and Voda works ok inside. Need to enter name under muster and serial number is the token number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited wadala office for a issue of card not updated even after loans are closed and loan date exceeded 45 days. The guy on counter 2 made a call to his manager as he don't know how to solve it and also told us to call croma prabhadevi to Bajaj representative named Prasad and they talked among themselves and later we been told the guy will get back to us for update on this. Later we called the croma guy he told us it would take a month just to reflect closure of loan after talking with his manager. Worst customer service they back and forth croma Bajaj representative will say go to head office wadala and they say croma guy will wok on it and get back to you. They even don't know the process and just try to ignore it then giving solution.Incase someone fom Bajaj have te knowledge of what's issue kindly let us know.
