β β β β β The Worst 'Finance' company in entire Finance division of India. I just hate my self for being a part of 'bajaj finserv' and i'm not going to be anymore, the idiots of this branch(Guntur) staff treat themselves as 'rowdies' and do not talk with customers in polite manner if this is continue like this i'm pretty much sure this branch and the entire 'bajaj finserve' is going to be 'BANKRUPT'.

β β β β β The place is not even there ... I visited on 10th Feb .. it's not there now .. not a sigh board even to intimate the customer where is was moved ... The location map will direst you to nazz center so don't fallow that
Worst branch don't even have a phone to reach, staff is not even responsive like in government offices , much worse than village branches. They are surviving because of Bajaj trademark or else they will be working as cleaners and dhobis no doubt .

β β β β β Visited the branch 3rd day in a row for resolution, behaviour of security guard is better than behaviour of manager Naga Raju. He is very rude and did not provide resolution. Everytime I went I waited politely for my turn because of token system. Below are comments made my Mr. NAGA Raju to highlight the way he is treating customers :
1. He told me that he dont respect customers.
2. He denied to serve me because he is not having enough knowledge to provide resolution for my issue. He is absolutely clueless on how to solve my issue which is regarding simple foreclosure of loan account.
3. He used bad words and shouted on me and told that he will relax and sleep there in the office rather than serving customers
4. He quarreled with me and he don't have any respect towards other people time.
5. He challenged me for street fight that he will wait outside office at 6pm. This shows his character is low compared to roadside begger
He shud be ashamed of himself for being a branch Manager of the Bajaj finserv brach in guntur.
Im sure that the current 2.3 rating in Google will furthur deterioate further which leads to closure of branch.
If Bajaj is sensible enough... Atleast remove him from his services and keep competent staff.
Im agonised and bitterly disappointed by the way I have been treated today at Bajaj@guntur branch.
