I am a businessman in Allahabad and have called them several times(in working time) regarding an EMI facility.
They mostly dont pick the call, and if they ever pick they dont respond properly. They even dont know the value of an appointment.
Bullshit!

Never listen any promise...at the time of payment there is lots of formalities which really fade up...but in beginning applying for card insurance they show them selves very polite and responsible...
