The agent Pawan does not provide any information once loan is taken or applied for. Worst customer service as once the loan amount EMI is taken no information is received.. Your loan amount EMI is not acknowledged. This was sudden worst experience seen with Bajaj Finserv. The company do not have telephone service to attend to customer queries or want to avoid providing details or the agent or staff are not trained to provide any right information No real time assistance seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst people ever don’t ever take a loan or anything on emi from these loan sharks. All they want it to increase interest rates and keep harassing customers. Even after politely telling them that the emi funds will be available in a couple of days their collection agents will Eat your brains out by calling you 100 of times. Worst co ever. And the best part you can’t complain to anyone about this. Cause no numbers work. And those that work are only automated tele prompts. You can speak to anyone and share your complains.

I will definitely spread this on social media and definitely file FIR and go to consumer court against harassment happening with me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is completely a waste bank. Don't take loan from bajaj. I had a very bad experience with Bajaj people. I had a chance to talk to Rakhi Mundawane and Sohail S. They both are waste. They never pick your call. Neither call you back and update you.
