My time got wasted,and beyond that when I am calling at customer care number nobody is picking up the phone and same as Varanasi Bajaj Finserv centre. Really it was very disappointing as I had not expected this from a well and renowed company like Bajaj.

My instalment date is 2nd April, which I paid in advance on 26th March in spite of this, these people imposed bounce charges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service provided by the team is very worst. In the covid-19 crises, I sent the so mails for moratorium for 3-4 month and these guys are replying the same content again and again. They wrote a worst behaviour mail to me.
I can't explain much more other than star. If Google will give the option to give 0 star it will be preferable for me to give 0 star.
