★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As worse as it can be. I called up for a mounting bracket of my 1 yr old bajaj magesty gpu storage heater.
They replied they can't service in my area (Hooghly), when I replied to taking the geyser to their service centre they refused to check that. As a last resort I asked me to provide the service center contact number to which the reply was 'Sorry, we dont have other service center numbers'
My last purchase to bajaj appliences who dont really care about their customers and such low grade service centres without any network information about their own service network.
