I didn’t even have to visit the branch much, which was good, because it was during the pandemic, and they ensured that there was no delay despite it.

This is the last time i am having relations with Bajaj finserve.
I have housing loan in Hyderabad, Hyderabad staff is highly unprofessional it was harassment to get funds released from them.
Approved 85% first then later said they cant so it came down to 80%, it was at the time when property was close to handover, forced us to take VPL with high interest and emi.
And now i am mailing & calling customer care for balance transfer documents and there is no response.
very pathetic treatment to customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disbursal is way too fast. Had applied for the loan from 3 banks and Bajaj Housing was quick to respond. They did the property verification , Legal, document collection from the seller in just 3 days. When we applied the loan we though it would take 1-2 months for disbursal. But our loan got disbursed in just 12 days (including non working days). Thanks BHFL team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEVER TAKE LOAN FROM THEM EVEN FOR FREE!
Below resons are sufficient to look for other service provider:
1. When I have taken loan the agent has taken signatures on lots of documents including top up loan by misleading me without my consent. I have to go through long chain of email follow up to cancel that.
2. When interest rate was reduced by government they have not reduced their rate of interest. When I have called them they asked for additional payment to reduce the rate of interest. When I have denied the agent has tried to convince me that it is not possible without payment. When I have not accepted their illogical payment request, after 15-20 min they have agreed to reduce the rate of interest for free. Which was supposed to be done by them without even a call.
3. When I have closed the loan they have denied NOC stating my brother's loans are not closed. Where as all loans in my account were having `Closed` status. After one week of daily emails followup (out of which none was replied by them) they have sent the NOC.
4. I have applied for loan closure in city A whereas I have taken loan from city B. In all other companies you will get property documents in the branch you have applied for the loan closure. But in Bajaj, loan documents were sent in city B! Again following up since past 10 days, not received email response of a single email. Still have last fight to win!
5. Throughout my loan tenure with Bajaj I have continuosly got promotional calls from Bajaj (upto 10 calls in one day) for same thing. And they have continuously harrassed me even after saying no on every single call and taking DND.
6. I have asked their Twitter team for address of branch to go and close the loan. They have sent the map location where office doesn't exist. When I have searched manually with office address it was 10km away from map location, and then they have denied to close the loan. Then I have go to other branch which was 20 km away from that office.
In nutshell, not a trustworthy company, pathetic customer service, worst processes, irresponsible staff.
Stay away from this company if you want peace of mind.
