My bike when I drop their no meter damage,when I want to pick my vechicle I found a damage on meter board sheild along with glass broken.i just asked them they said that sir, we kindly requested to you after Monday please come for recover damaged part.but today when I visits they just blame me with fake documents.plz kindly don't visit autonagar service center.kindly observe my pics.

No offense but since mine is a premium bike and all my service went fine and i had my friends complain that the service was not good both own a 200cc bike
And they have been telling me this since long time coming & i have never experienced this with my particular vehicle, Or they are a bit neglecting towards other bikes
Again idk what's the case.
Would be nice if the service quality of non premium bikes also increases and the technicians should have a bit more knowledge about a thing or two when i asked them if i need to get my wheel balanced they said bike wheel don't have wheel balancing and i stood in awe. Water service quality also should be improved as even tho clearly did not do a good job and had to wash my bike myself. If those areas are improved this station would be great .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service wise a good option but a delay in operations is unavoidable. Billing and delivery takes a lot of time. A premium service center with age old technological equipment which misbehaves most of the times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will resolve every problem u bike has but due to heavy customer flow showroom is very busy and services takes lot more time. But complaints will rectified no matter how big it is. Give them more time coz they are dealing with heavy customer flow.
