★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We can hardly call it a service centre. This is a bike godown for the BAJAJ showroom in Mahesh which happens to have a little garage to repair bikes
> Worst customer service experience. The staffs are arrogant and behave like they know it all.
> The official opening time is 9:30am but the staffs arrive at 10:30am. They don’t bother even if the customers are lined up outside the service centre.
> This service centre is also an authorised BAJAJ parts dealer but often the part you need for your bike is unavailable.
> Lastly I would like mention that there time is more valuable than the customer. If you fail to receive the bike on the delivery date set by the staff, they will accuse you of being irresponsible and make it your liability to take the bike off there hand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is good for bajaj service. Fairly charged. Pricing is genuine. Workforce is skilled. Though they have some policies.overall an authentic bajaj workshop to trust.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicing quality good. But expensive . Also they do not care for customers. Even if in emergency situation, they will not help you. They are there only to harass the customers. If you have time, go for other service stations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's ok if you live near or don't have else where to go. This is because not all mechanics are well trained. But few are very good on contrary. Pricing is not bad I would say. But if you have AMC be careful to check and confirm the status. Because the 5% discount is applicable for 4 Servicing only but if you go for your head lamp bulb change obviously they will charge you 5% less but but they will deduct one service as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving it a 3star just because of the spares availability as well as a good foam wash facility that I have barely seen in any workshop that too a two-wheeler workshop. I went to them, basically for getting 1Clutch Bearing and 1Clutch Washer. They haven't disappointed me with the spares, but their staffs need to know how to behave with any customer. They won't reply if you ask something or say something. Don't know about the service floor and about the quality of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a Paid service after a long ride from Bangalore to kolkata and after getting back my bike I saw that the chains and sprockets were dirty and were maybe oiled by old used mobil.
But the behaviour of there staff Deepak was very good.
Hoping better for the next time.
