★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experince they do not have their own vehicles. They pack the goods from your place keep it in their warehouse for days till they frind truck carrying party load to the destination. They will ship your goods in parts and some third party like delhivery will deliver the goods at your place. Also they will mis handle the goods and break them.. Imagine folddable single bed was broken. Also they will loose some of the articles and behave irresponsible.. Ni one to answer..
Want to face music.. Go ahead

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was my worst experience with any transport company......infact transportation by Indian railways is better,cheaper and easily trackable..
My stuff was supposed be deliverd in 7 days...but even after 15 days it was in their office...at the destination city...
In th end I only have to go and get it from their office...
So basically no meaning of door to door delivery....
Secondly you can't track your transport online...it is not available online.
Neither they tell you the tracking I'd.
And if you call in the office to know about the stuff...they don't bother to pick up the call or update you about it...
So I won't recommend it to anybody..
Useless transportation sevices..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience , only fake commitment, even top management is worthless and they will cheat people inthe IPO also. They cheat people in their business and they don't even pick up phone. In my twenty years of business I have not seen such unprofessional, unethical, cheat people.
I request everyone not to use the services of delhivery as you will lose ur goods

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have transport my house hold material from Mumbai to Kota on 3 December 2021.
But this is to inform that part house hold received in damage condition.
I have very bad experience as some of house hold material not delivered after passing 3 months now not giving response also one of person Mr Rohit Vora load whole language and take full payment before unloading and he is telling that he had left the job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't give less than one star due to google limitation.One Star is more for this logistic company. They should get stars in Minus. Google please provide the feature to give atleast 0 star.
Bajrang is not professional logistic service. They are doing just time pass with this fraud company. They use our items and don't take responsibility to delivery safely or on time. It can be delayed by couple of days or week.
Please don't use this service.
I have faced same issue.generally in rush of shifting I didn't unpack our box to check all stuffs and i have belived to them because i was using bajrang logistic first time and also they were in more hurry and I have paid to delivery amount to them. Next day when i have unpacked my all boxes so one whole box was missing and some items are broken and some items also were missing from the box. I was surprised that someone pull out items from box and repacked same box. i have raised same issue to Bajrang Logistics but instead of investigation they are denying to accept it and not responding on our issue. Means i will say it is planned scam which they are running.
Really disgusting service.

Very poor service....
Even (Director- syrup ghosh) also very irresponsible person....
We are dispatched our material on 2-may from jaipur to sachin (surat) ( via- Delhivery logistics) which was reached at karaoke, surat on 7th may and afterwards they didn't send it to the destination. Still my material is at the transportation center.
I suffered a big loss due to this company so i suggest everyone not to deal with this logistics
No one receiving calls,
Such a third grade service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are worst transport. We booked dedicated truck for my company. They took money for that. They told it vl reach within 5 day. We promised our client for that day. But our material took around 10 days. We were in big trouble. So never go with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. I regret using their services.
I've kept my household belongings due to covid for more than 1 year on their warehouse and paid monthly rent always on/before time. Paid them 1 month advance rent as well.
When I asked them to deliver my goods they didn't deliver on time (just few KMS away from their warehouse)and didn't even responded my phone calls.
These people kept on giving me different mobile numbers to connect with their representatives and told me that my goods will be delivered but even after waiting for 12 PM midnight they stopped responding to my phone calls and then finally said my goods won't be delivered that day (I was w/ my kids and family), even though I've informed them in advance and kept on reminding them. They asked me to manage for that night. Shameless people.
On top of that when I received most of my households items were either broken ( Almira Glass, Center Table Glass, Washing Machine) , missing (Wall clock, Bed Ply etc.) and the rest of the items were in very bad condition that we've to throw them away , everything smelling like rats and dirty.
PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS FRADULANT COMPANY.
