β β β β β Great selection, packed and moved 2 BHK from Kolkata to Berhampore overnight with zero damage. Packeging was very nice, and rate was cheapest among all other packers & movers.

β β β β β Be careful about this cheater, they don't have any vehicle any owned team. Your product will be damaged guaranteed and will be late without any informatuon. Most importantly the supervisor of Bangalore Sreerup Ghosh, this person is born lier. Will talk sweet until get your money, once handed over you can ensure yourself you have been cheated from all aspect. My experience was horrible from Kolkata to Bangalore, almost everything was damaged fridge, microwave over, cot, all packages was wet without any cover a truck reached my Bangalore address after a week who doesn't even know who is Bajrang movers.
Strangely I found a positive feed from Sachin who is one of Bajrang employee.

β β β β β I had to recently relocate my base from Kolkata to Delhi and i had to send my stuffs to Delhi and a few to Imphal, as suggested by #justdial i had used the service of "Bajrang Movers and Packers located at Salt lake sec v. Near college more.. axis bank". i had a total of 6 cartons 5 of which was supposed to go to Delhi and one to Imphal, as per their charges they charged me 1000 rs per cartoon for the ones that were sent to Delhi and 1200 for the box that was supposed to go to imphal. Now after almost a month (sent on the 28th of april) that i had sent my stuffs the box that was supposed to reach Imphal did not reach as yet so i called them up and enquired about the box, the lady on the phone very rudely replied to my enquiry and told me that i have to add another 500 rs and then only my stuffs will reach Imphal. the problem here is not about the 500 rs i would have paid them there and then had they told me that they will charge 1700 for that box! They agreed with their charges and took the stuffs and went and when it is half way and out of the blue only upon my enquiry they tel me that i have to pay extra. I tried calling up #justdial and consumer forum too to register my complain but neither just dial nor consumer forum has responded back! Now my stuffs are stuck in the middle of nowhere. This is a total scam that BAJRANG MOVERS AND PACKERS are carrying on! Anyone who can help me teach these people a lesson and make them stop scamming people like this please help me out! It is not about the 500 rs it is about the harassment, for almost a month i have been waiting for my stuffs to arrive!
Plus the boxes that arrived in Delhi were all broken all my perfumes bottles were in pieces and many other things were damaged. I had repeatedly requested them to pack the fragile items with bubble wraps they told me they will do so and took my stuffs but non of the stuffs were packed properly!
People stay away from their service and #justdial please stop suggesting such scammers to the people!

Completely fraud.
I used their service to move from Kolkata to Patna. They sent my stuffs to some other place !! Not to the address I provided. I complained but they are not taking any responsibility and not picking up my call as well. The person in charge Rupsa Ghosh has blocked all my numbers.
Never use their service if you don't want to be cheated. You'll suffer badly once the payment is done.

β β β β β I sent all my goods worth Rs.5,00,000 through this fraud packers and movers from kolkata to Chennai. Initially the delivery boys intimated that you can pay what ever amount and the remaining amount can be paid after the delivery of the goods at your home. But when I called the ownerI he told I need to pay the entire amount and then only goods can be loaded from KOLKATA . I gave a cheque of the balance amount and got cleared. Inspite of paying entire money my goods not delivered till 27 days and when I called the owner said that it will reach today and was saying the same thing. When I called them I was not getting proper response. when they finally delivered it was half broken and wet condition. They promise to give a direct vehicle but they loaded my goods with machines. They got their office in salt lake. By highlighting their office presence in a good location they ll just trap you. once they ll get the job after that they wont even pick up your call. S MOHAPATRA

β β β β β Amazing service, Delivered 7 boxes from kolkata to Mumbai in 5 days. Was delivered on time and the packages were in excellent condition, nothing broke at all. Also the price is much cheaper than other. Definitely going to choose you in future again.

β β β β β We had sent our brand new goods from direct showroom worth Rs.1,50,000 through this fraud packers and movers from Kolkata to Mumbai. But our goods not delivered till 7 days and when I called the owner said that it will reach today and was saying the same thing, as they had said to deliver the goods within 2 days. When I called them I was not getting proper response. when they finally delivered it was broken from many places and in very terrible condition as it was taken from junk yard. They had promised to give me the claim of it, but didn't . They got their office in salt lake. By highlighting their office presence in a good location they'll just trap you. Once they'll get the job after that they wont even pick up your call.

β β β β β I used their service to move my household things from Kolkatta to chennai. The total cost i paid was 9000. i availed insurance separately for my consignemt for Rs.900 (3% of the value of goods) and they said they will do the same from reliance insurance. after collecting the money and the goods from me the packers and movers are not answering my call and also not sent my insurance copy. For the cost of Rs.900/ how people cheat. If they are not cheating the customer they should answer the call nor send my copy. She sent me a docket number after so much pressure and the docket number is invalid.
I would request customer to think twice to use their service as i am not sure as to what the status of my goods. so pls think twice.
