★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience here was really nice. Rajanya mam teaches even tough things in a very simple way. She is polite in nature. Techniques taught were really helpful. Appropriate amount of ingredients are used and not less, unlike some other bakery classes. Here questions are answered really nicely. Techniques of taking orders are also provided here. After completing these classes one gets confidence about trying something new.
