★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Itna ganda cake kbhi nhi khaya ? bohot hi kadva tha cake even taste krtey hi sbhne muh se nikal diya?poora cake fekna pda?isse accha cake kam rate mai dusri bakeries pr bhi mil jaata h but mai sirf past year cake experience ki vajah se vaha lene gyi cake or itna bura experience rhega socha hi nhi tha?mere papa ka bdday cake tha?bohot hi gussa hoon mai even mai to bakery pr complaint bhi nhi krne gyi kyuki mai abh jaana hi nhi chahty vaha???????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst. Cake quality was third class. I ordered a customise cake. It looked totally different from the one I ordered. They wrote my message from sketch pen and paste it on the corner of the cake. The boy on the cake had only one leg one eye and the girl had half face. And for this cake they charged ₹2000 and when I complained about the cake and asked for return, the perso talked to me very rudely and blaming me instead ‘KI APNE ITI LATE ORDER DIYA HILA DIYA HOGA’. Worst cake shop. Will not suggest anyone to buy cakes from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From long time chocolate vanilla caramel cake is my favorite, in all my bday parties I always purchase from Bake stories, but this time I am not satisfied, in my cake which I buyed from Bake stories had too much water in cake in the name of making it juicy in 40 years first time watery cake I saw,it it was sour in name of importated caramel, and the cake we opened around 2 hours later of purchase and it was cold as ice.
Correction is that this time I purchased from your shop, as u told that have u ever tasted caramel cake ,I tasted from many years and also purchased from your shop last purchase is on 31st Dec.
