★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. Looking at the reviews on online I ordered customise cake from them for my niece birthday. When I went to pickup the cake I was shocked to look at the hygiene level of the shop, kitchen area was full of flies, stinky place. The cake didn't even stayed good in taste for one day even after keeping it in the fridge. Very unprofessional behaviour by the staff member and manager Tarvar. The manager was unavailable due to some personal crisis which is understandable but he should have informed me that he won't be available while making my order so that I would have done some other arrangements and avoided the nonsense that I had to pay for, which was not possible for me to do at end moment. I usually don't write bad reviews for anybody because there is always scope for improvement but looking at the hygiene level maintained, zero professionalism of the staff I had to share my experience.

They have multiple outlets and offer an amazing variety of cakes suitable for all kinds of occasions.
We had ordered Rasmalai Cheese Cake.
It was totally worth its cost.
We loved their delivery service. The packing was perfect. We would definitely recommend to all.

Ordered from them for my husband’s birthday and loved it ❤️
Rich Cake was full of pure chocolate ganache and moist chocolate cake , no cream at all! ❤️
The best part was the addition of butterscotch bits which just enhanced the taste of the cake!
And my husband just loves this cake! he generally doesn’t eat cakes at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont order from here on zomato. Its been 2 hours delay and they have still not delivered 3 cakes to my team. They are blaming zomato which is also at fault but i hold these guys also responsible for spoiling the evening for my team. Disgraceful.
