★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bakers cake is always yummy,I have ordered online and select delivery option as pick-up at Sinhagad road bakers shop , Sinhagad store refused to card payment. When I called customer care of bakers they asked to shop owner to do the payment through card..he shouting on bakers customer executive about I will not accept card payment......in which what my mistake..if I booked online you have mentioned cod options on web application... behaviour of shop owner was not good for your brand.... I was not in fighting mood bcoz I want to celebrate some one bday..... Any ways..for your brand this feedback helps to improve your relationship between franchise and company.....

The aesthetic of the place is super cute and it’s welcoming every time.
They have a really neat looking shop and employees are super helpful in answering questions, which is really kind.
This is still one of my favorite places and the icing is out of this world.
Can't wait to come again soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These is to inform the shop owner may your cake will be good but the store incharge have lot of arrogance .He don't have any ethics how to talk with customer .We understand that it's customer mistake that we ask for service but the way he reply it seems like we have mistaken purchasing products from your store.Store incharge don't know to talk with women ,when customer is taking video of the behaviour he is giving arrogant answer ...we understand that your bussiness man and even you want to increase the business ...I don't want you to remove him kindly explain him how to talk with customer ....so other Customer will not face the same problem

Best quality and freshly made cakes of various variety are available here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered a special cake for our foundation day. we were quite specific while ordering it and spoke to them quite a few times before placing order for it. We wanted to have a non fondant Marble finish cake, and after discussion with their so called chef we ordered it upon their confirmation. We paid the advance in well advance of 7/8 days and asked them to deliver it to us on our foundation day as a surprise to our team.
We asked to deliver it by 11AM to our facility, but they appeared with cake by almost 12. (it was a lockdown sunday 4th July, so we wanted to finish our activities before lunch).
and when we received it almost a hour late, it was a total disappointment,
1. It was a total fondant cake.
2. Finish was at its worst.
3. Our company logo which was supposed to be a 3D for which we paid 300 Rs. was like a paper thin dosa.
4. Their store in charge Mahesh who coordinated our order was not answering the calls.
5. The cake was damaged at various points.
6. Other store in charge was arrogant enough to say we ordered fondant cake only and they don't make marble finish without fondant, when asked to check the receipt she didn't had it with her.
7. When we sent our receipt she was still arguing that they don't make cake without fondant.
8. Later she needed to speak with their so called chef or may be Mahesh the in charge to get it clarified.
it was a total disappointment to us and our team who expected a great cake but Bakers Basket ruined our day with such a disastrous cake.
Not a professional cake shop nor they speak the truth.
If it wouldn't have been on receipt they would have forced us to pay for the cake. Luckily we managed to take all the specifications on receipt, though mahesh wasn't keen to mention it. Though we got our refund after 1 hour long discussion the day was ruined due to them
NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE WITH A SPECIAL REQUEST, THEY ARE THE BEST TO RUIN IT.
