★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We paid for 4 pastry cakes, but they packed only 3. Moreover they were not ready to admit their mistake. They wanted to know time & bill number for checking CCTV & did not even have the courtesy to call back & say sorry for their mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusting. Did not include the spare paper plates and kept blaming the driver whom they have appointed as their delivery agents. Do not take ownership of their mistakes and make no effort to fix it. Would give these jokers negative ratings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm giving 3 stars only because of the uncanny behaviour of the staff.
So, I recently visited Baker's basket on Christmas to get a cake and I was honestly so disappointed by the behaviour of the staff. They were so arrogant, he literally ruined the cake while packing it. This behaviour is totally unacceptable. I'd suggest the owners to look into this matter and change the staff.
However, the cake was good and super moist.
