★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a loyal customer for so long makes the store take you as granted just as any regular customer.
So the NEW MANAGER is pretty arrogant in dealing with the customers. We ordered a slice of blueberry cheesecake and one of choco truffle pastry. The Manager thought we ordered choco coffee cheesecake instead of truffle and placed the order and confirmed it to us on WhatsApp which we were supposed to pickup in the next hour.
When I tried to clarify that i have clearly mentioned that I need a "truffle pastry" not a choco coffee cheesecake, he says - 'We already made it for you and now can't change it.' Seriously?? What can you not change? You can't cut a slice of truffle for us? Or you can't put the choco coffee cheesecake back in the shelf?
Let me just ask what kind of order is placed for a pastry that makes him not being able to change it? I tried to stay calm and said we'll just pick up the slice of blueberry cheesecake if that's the case, and he literally said 'This is not right on your part.' and BLOCKED my contact on WhatsApp. Woahhh!! Seems like I got dumped by a bakery manager. Feels like a childish breakup after choosing this store for years. Great job.

I wanted to book a cake for birthday and since the store is far away from my home I tried connecting with them on phone and they shared designs and rates etc on WhatsApp and I was able to book the cake and make the payment easily through online methods. The cake was as expected. I am very happy with my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ambience is quite small but it is so nice to be here. The food specially bakery items likes pastries, cakes and shakes are really awesome and other food items are also good. Staff is also good and the place is hygenic and clean as well. Also, all necessary precautions are taken after COVID-19 situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They deserve best rating on the basis of following: a) Ease of contacting - Super easy, called back in no time with information i asked for & answered quickly on watsapp too b)Customer service - the person over the phone was polite, understood the requirement, gave several options and was helpful c)Variety of flavours & taste - they have huge list of flavours available, customize per needs too and the mixed fruit cake i ordered was fresh & delicious
d)Delivery - it was fast with minimal calling to recipient.
I would recommend Baker's castle without thinking twice, thanks for making my sister's birthday special!!!
