★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a three tier cake for my parents' 25th anniversary. First of all what they promised me the cake would look like, it was not even close to that.
Second, I wanted my cake at 12 noon sharp, as what was promised by them too. My event was planned according to that time, and they kept saying that the cake is almost ready and they needed only 15 minutes more, but they ended up delaying my event by 4 hours.
Their service was not only bad, but they cake they delivered after taking additional time was still unfinished.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience dealing with this bakery...very unprofessional behaviour..extremely high prices. I ordered a fruit cake but instead of fruits they just used cherry pieces. The look of the cake was completely different from what i ordered. We were very very disappointed by their services.
