A wide range of cakes are available to choose from, perfect for any special occassion, and the place also offers an array of baked goods and confectionaries.
I had ordered Fruit Cake from this Outlet, the cake was delivered on time with proper packaging. They got the cake checked at the time of delivering ensuring there are no issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered chicken puffs and chocolate chip muffin from this place. The puffs were hot, crispy, and tasty I must say. The muffin was good too but it had some scope to improve in taste. Good food if you have evening craving for a funky snacks. They have wide menu to serve you.

The Margherita pizza and chilli garlic bread are amazing with right amount of cheese. The garlic bread was crispy and well cooked.
The red sauce arrabbiata pasta, had good sauce mixed with generous amount of veggies and penne. The flavour is nearly authentic Italian
Brownie and red velvet cake was amazing as always, brownie earns brownie point for walnuts, perfect texture not too hard, not too soft. The after taste of brownie is yummm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best bakers in town. They have huge variety of cakes and keep on inovating new ones.. Recently this valentines tried their heart shape chocolate along with my all time favourite cheese cake (thats their best).. Loved both.. They never let me down when it comes to taste

It is said "Customer is GOD" but when arrogance is before customer satisfaction, then things change.
Read till the end to understand how a good shop fails.
I have been buying the baked items & cakes from bakers oven for a long time. Have seen them grow & now can see the point where their downfall has started
The quality of food items has started depleting. The team is already satisfied that they are providing the best quality & hence cannot make any mistakes. Hence not willing to listen to customers feedback. A classic symptom of downfall
3 classis problems
- items being stale
- Card board boxes having woody smell
- putting the bakery items like cheese bun in paper bag
In a recent order I bought 8 patties& two Dutch Choco Pastries. However with first bite from the pastry, i had to pull back the other one from front of my guest as it was super stale and had a woody smell from the cardboard box
I returned the pastries, the shop person said "Sir i have touched the pastry & it looks fine. Hence please take it back. On my rejection he said to show it to the chef
Later he said "sir our chef is saying its fresh,. so please take back your or talk to the store manager
After about 3 hours, I called the store spoke to the owner lady, so she said, she is unaware of the situation & will enquire & call back. FAIR ENOUGH. however, no callback as expected....
Ultimately, they didn't accept the quality issue and i had to push and get a replacement, which was again stale & had to throw away..
Don't think I will buy from them again... and recommend you to avoid as well.
