I have ordered for teddy bear cake, if really not aware of making say NO, its not a pastry cake, charged 3400rs worst taste and i ordered for vanila but butterscotch made by them...Don't order from this bloody bakery

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a last minute cake for delivery and my friend suggested for bakes and cakes. So prior to 4 hours I called them for a truffle cake and sent them a reference image. I knew it was in a short while I wasn't sure and had no option but to place the order. To my Surprise the Birthday cake was delivered on time and turned out so perfect just as the reference picture. AMAZED !
The quality and taste was top notch and the delivery guy was so sweet and polite, he forgot an food item he went back and got it back right on time.
I had a really hassle free experience ordering from Bakes and Cakes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not satisfactory with what we ordered... (Red velvet cake) specifications of cake order is given clearly...
80% cream 20% cake and they charged Rs. 900/- per KG, cashier himself don't know the cost the other day he is saying Rs. 800/- that made me embracing.... What's the actual cost? Coz Ferro Rocher is Rs 800/- per kg and red velvet cost's Rs. 900/-?
Finally got other cake which dint reach our expectations....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taste ok, High price (not in accordance to the taste and quality) quality not good, even though I booked and cake to be delivered on the same day, they agreed to give and make the cake to my desired requirements.i got a cake not to my expectations and that to high price.
