β β β β β Pathetic..worst and one of the very unprofessional childrens hospital i have ever seen in my whole life..I lost my son in this hospital..n I wish no doctors n parents take their babies to this third class hospital ever..I had complications in my pregnancy BT I m sure..my baby was all fine wen he was born n don't know how BT they handed over our baby's dead body after 2 days..my boy was born on 16th July 2017 at 9.14 pm through a c section n as I had complications my gynaecologist had sent my boy to nicu for observation..he weighed 3 KGS..cried very well..I was relaxed in the hospital cos I know baby will be all fine.. As I had gone thru the same process for my first son also..so thght its normal..16th night my boy was all well, 17th he was all well..18th morning he was all well(I dint see him at all..my gynaecologist kept informing me tht baby is all well with no complications) in the meantime my husband used to call me n tell me..I m not sure if our baby is fine here or not..cos there r only interns who r looking after..no senior doctors to take care..I was like..thts fine..our baby is okay na..that's enough for us..every time they asked my husband to get blood reports from the lab..they used to send baby's blood with him only saying we don't have anyone to take it..so u go n give the blood n take the reports this happened multiple times throughout these 3 days..(is it okay? Or is this how it happens in every hospital) parents r made to run for blood reports..don't they have any proper lab facility or any person to do such work..we as parents r already in so much stress and they kept on doing this to my husband before half and hour informing him abt the baby's death..secondly doctors were very unprofessional..spoke only abt money to my husband.. Dint explained him wat happened to my baby actly..my gynaecologist was told tht my baby had heart problem on 18th afternoon...n the same continued till his death..his heart wasn't responding..BT in the death certificate they just wrote in 2 words he died cos of blood infection...(y wasn't my gynaecologist informed clearly abt the problem..y was she misguided regarding my child's health( what's the truth?)) Thirdly my baby died sharp by 10 p.m how exactly...my husband told me by 8.30 or 9 pm only that the baby is not responding at all..his lip color n body color has changed(how??) Was he dead already?? Or was the baby not mine.. (Confused) next he died by 10 p.m..we had arranged for his burial for the next morning that is on 19th July 2017..but they dint allowed the baby body to be kept in their hospital for one night too...y???? They were like abhie leke jaao..n wrapped him completely even his face with white cloth n cello tape...(y??) Was the baby really mine which is dead(really no idea)..my husband n my family were roaming in car with my dead son body of 2 days from rajawadi hospital to here n their n finally was allowed to keep him in mulund hospital... all that was happening in bakul parekh hospital was witnessed by my husband n relatives..( everyone knew something is going wrong..bt were not in a position to take any call as all were shattered with what happened with our boy)all I can do is just assume n question where and wat went wrong that I lost my baby..(females having complications in pregnancy pls make sure u enquire abt the nicu where ur baby will be kept) so that u don't face wat me n my family r going through.. With all that has happened.. I can be sure..something is not correct with this hospital..totally money oriented n no feelings respected of parents..we all are still assuming n thinking wat WD have happened to our baby..worst hospital giving them 0 stars..

β β β β β One of the worst hospital.
The condition is so pathetic that my kids got hospital infection after they were born & were supposed to be kept only for observation purpose. The nurses are very unprofessional, they don't know how to handle kids.
Hospital is very un tidy.
I some time wonder how do these Ppl get licences to run a hospital.
Please avoid this hospital even of there is any emergency.

β β β β β The pathetic experience ever had with this Multspeciality hospital.
This is just for seek of name Multspeciality hospital, they don't have their pathology lab in place. We have to wait 12 hours atlist to get any test report.
The behavior of doctor and staff not up to the mark as they charged higher costs per day, but service is least.

β β β β β My child was detected with malaria and I was highly recommended to admit him to this hospital. We asked for a deluxe room and the moment we enter we were greeted with:
- Several brown dirty patches of bed sheet of the child patient's bed.
- Room was not ready..hair strands in the room
Several observations:
- No soaps in the washroom to wash hand
- No medicine administration ... throughout the day no one kept the track of cough syrup to be given
- no sponge bath, when asked for water cold water arrived
- nurse aprons too are full of dirt marks
- untrained nurses with no hospitality ... make faces..
don't even close the doors behind them
- Maushis come only after reminding them for 3-4 times..
Wouldn't recommend to admit your child in such unhygienic and careless hospital

β β β β β Team of very good doctors in Night shift also to provide assistance in an emergency situation during night. Over all good experience when we visited on 03rd March 2020 to admit our baby in NICU. Immediate action was taken by the team of doctors and our baby almost recovered next morning. Doctors and staff are very cooperative and easily accessible. Thank you Parekh Sir and team. Truly appreciate the efforts.

β β β β β Worst hospital ever seen before and that too for children care.
Rude doctors, high rates which are not deserving for this hospital, rude nurses and many drawbacks.
It seems like they are only there for doing business.
I suggest everyone to beware of such kind of hospitals if you really want good health of your baby.

β β β β β Unsatisfied experience ever expected in the babies hospital.
1.Nurses are not good in Day shift
2.No immediate response in emergencies.
3.No hygiene
4.Just looting people with the high rates of rooms which is not deserving to be paid (They don't inform properly about the money to be deposited before admission. One person tells the different amount and the other person tells the different amount)
5.Medical store person's behaviour is worst as he chew gutka and spit in general ward's basin which smells very bad and it's not good for the babies admitted in the general ward.
6.Cleaning staff is also not good.
Only Doctors are bit good.
Overall, this hospital is not good for babies going under serious condition.
Suggestions for improvement:
1.Train day shift nurses about how to treat with the baby's mother and others visiting in the hospit
2.Give the proper information to the each and every department with the proper rates.
3.Mainatin hygiene.
4.Don't allow anybody in the NICU/PICU section except the mother of the baby, care taking nurses, doctors and cleaning staff because baby's are so sensitive and quickly accepts any infection coming from the visitors.(Don't even allow the Chaywala)
5.Very important is decrease the rates of the rooms so that the middle class family can afford it for their baby's fast recovery.
I hope you will look into these points to improve the hospital quality and make babies healthy.
Thank you!
