But, recently when I went there to buy winter clothes, the salesman (possibly owner) asked us to wait for 20 minutes even though the store was relatively empty and he was standing idle- serving no customer at all. I found this very absurd and insulting. Decided to never put a step at their store ever. There are many children centric stores in Baroda like Valias. #BoycottBalgopal

The incident happened 1 day before I posted the review on Google.
It was around 7PM in the evening and Winter had just begun. I came there to buy a monkey cap at your store.
There were 3-4 sales guys on the first level of your store, and one employee was catering to an existing customer. Remaining guys were standing idle.
I found it really absurd when the guy instantaneously asked to wait for 20 mins! Why would I wait for 20 mins just to see a monkey cap? You guys deal with infant and children items, you should be showing some care/concerns for the parents, who are your customers. They can’t wait for 20 mins just to buy something. At least show some respect to them and don’t behave as if you have a monopoly in the market. There are many stores in Baroda. This approach will lead you no where.
I felt insulted. I am never going to visit you guys EVER.
