★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am having cable connection from Balaji Cable network antophill from 4 months I am having very bad experience from Balaji, in every month minimum 2 times cable is out of the work and the problem is not solve within 48 hours this month my cable connection was out of the order for four times but they are not able to rectify the same, every time they two minimum 24 hours but I want to ask here how this can be happen

1. I have been using their services since 2015 and without any doubt I can say that Balaji internet services is the best in the area of Antop Hill.
I have personally recommended my 10 to 15 friends to get connected to Balaji and all my friends are enjoying the services.
2. The owner, Bhavesh, is a genuinely good person and always ready to resolve the issue promptly.
3. Services provided by Balaji is uninterrupted most of time but their rivals trying to disconnect the wire to harass the customer. But it is good to see that besides such things executives of Balaji Internet Service always ready to do tedious things for betterment of their customers.
4. Last but not least, Bhavesh, should understand that Customer Satisfaction is the key to success for any business. So, keep this in mind and always ready to serve your customer without any delay.

I have been a very old hathway customer since 2008, but their customer service and internet reception has degraded over the years with frequent break downs in service. I later tried out Jio Internet Service for a trial period of 30 days in which the service was down for 12 days and their customer support was very slow in solving the issue. On contacting Bhavesh from Balaji Internet Service, he was confident to provide better service and offered a trial period. During this period i had no break down and high internet speeds as claimed. I'm totally satisfied with their service and can confidently shift from my Hathaway service to Balaji Internet service owing to the high internet speed demands with the work from home culture.
