We booked Fortuner for the same from Balaji Cabs & they managed to provide us the type of vehicles of our choice, where many other operators were just helpless. Along with Fortuner we booked 7 Innova Crysta & As promised the Cars was brand new, the drivers was in a clean uniform, Cabs was on time as requested, Drivers was polite with us, and time to time we also received calls from Balaji Cabs customer care support during our bookings about whether everything is going smooth which made us feel even more secure and comfortable.
We would definitely suggest your service to all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Saturday 9th. We booked the car for Shirdi- Shani visit, it was with my family of 4 which had my aged parents. we asked the driver to stop at some breakfast point. He did not stop and we had to remind him thrice after that. Unfriendly driver is ok, but this guy was DUMB!! It was an horrible experience with this cab driver. He also took bumpy roads to save some kms and save some petrol. It is not Safe to use this cab services especially when I have my parents with me. I will never use their service anymore and will never recommend to my friends as well. May be they are poor to even afford their working capital!!! No Class as well, I am very unhappy with this trip.

Car and driver information through SMS and mail is really prompt. Car was brand new. Driver was well known to the place so we never needed an additional guide. Stay arranged by Balaji Cabs was really nice, safe, clean hotel. Overall,very convenient. Would prefer same for our next trip & will surely recommend to friends & colleagues..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked cab on call on their customer care support number. They provided with all the details and then sent a link to pay advance booking amount and confirm the booking.
It was hassle free and convenient. Driver came on time and cab was clean. They regularly checked that we are having a good trip by calling us in some interval of time.
We are group of 6 ladies so safety is major concern for us but we never ever feel unsafe at any single moment. The Driver assigned was a jolly person and ensured he took us to places where we wanted to visit. Balaji Cabs team called us to ensure our safety and to address any of our concern. Best cab service.
