★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The main doctor is good. But there is a lot of rush and its very difficult to get an appointment. The waiting room is always crowded so i prefer not to go there during covid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.Gopal is excellent in his work. But of what use when you won't get an appointment.Their telephonic appointment starts from sharp 8am.I tried calling and most of the time the number was busy and sometimes when the bell rang nobody answered.
Finally at 8:30am they recieved my call only to tell me that appointment is full.
I would like to request the management to atleast resolve this issue as this is pure harassment of parents who are running around hospitals with their sick child.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Gopal is an excellent paediatrician. Very reliable and very thoroughly listens to the Patient complaints and responds very thoughtfully. All the assistant doctors and nurses are also good. We have been going to Balaji hospital since birth of our child and they have been extremely helpful everytime..!!
Highly recommend paediatrician in Boisar..!!
