Very bad computer lab facility for students some upgrade required for lab pc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Complaint is for Library fees refund... At balaji college they promised me to refund my library fees after my coure complition but after i completed my BCA course at Balaji college they said submit your documents and get back the refund, i submitted the same at the offce of Balaji college but they said you will get the refund after we issue the memo for your refund to the trustee and said if any student coming from your place(Ahmedabad) we will give the refund to them and you can receive from them, ust you have to do is to give them a letter regarding your refund and collecting the same from the college with those students
After two days that student call me and said they are not giving the refund they said you have to go there and get the refund but you have to fill up the College alumini form, so i said ok....
After some days a staff called me from balaji college (Kalpesh Trivedi) and said come and collect your refund, i said ok i will come in some days.
4 days before on 30/11/17 i went to the college to collect the refund after i reached there the peon said the accountant is not available he was took a leave for his personal problem, so i said im came here from ahmedabad two times for collect the fund but you are saying the accountant is not available.
So he said we dont have the key of the table in which the money is kept, so i said call someone else to open it and refund my money, he said it is not possible, you better talk with the Principle Mrs.Sonali Nandedkar, they waited me for 1 our long by saying lunch time.
So i waited there after 1 our nobody came so i entered in her office and she asked yes what is the problem and i said i want my refund now because it cost me more to come from ahmedabad to vadodara, she said what we can do, the accountant is not came for his personal problems, and she said come tomorrow or when you get free.
I said its not my problem your accountant took a leave for his personal problems, you are a Principle and you have the authorities to take the money from the table and give me, she said it is not possible you come after sometime and collect this time she said very rudely.
So its traking so long, im not getting my refund and im very disappointed and stressed physically and mentally with their behaviour so i want some justice here.
